If you want to work on you ass muscles i would reccomend doing squats with a weight you are comfortable with. Sqauts are a great work out for your ass. I used to do a lot of weight training and i even entered into a couple competitions when i was a bit younger and had more time to work out ...

Got me. I tried to tough it out but i couldnt. I just recently found out that one of my great grandparents fought at the Battle of the Bulge.

Yeah ive been told a couple different things over the years with different recruiters. My old recruiter who did my paperwork the first time told me i shouldnt be considered prior service so well see. my dd214 says "Honorable" which is whats confusing me.
