Because a bunch of Privates with no patches and no experience know exactly what they are talking about.

If you know a guy who drops Option40, don't say anything to him, don't tell him to keep it. We don't want them.

If your your Drill SGT is not Ranger Qualified, you don't have to listen to him.

I am at Ft. Benning right now doing the IMLC Course. What do I have to do to get verified on this board? I know somebody lives/works around here that can meet me around this base or something. I have been eating in the Regiment chow hall every morning and at lunch time.
