I noticed the program doesn't have much running in it, either, sprints aside. The Pull Ups are ladders, I did it on my Friday workout and they are serious, try them. You'd do a total of 63 Pull Ups in a relatively short amount of time. The program is back on the website.

Rangers, Thank you for the responses. My reasoning for the 75th is simple, if you want to join the Army you should strive to surround yourself with people who are the best at what they do and want to be where they are. If you have to go into combat you should be with the most well trained, as well. ...
