Re: Replacing the old worn flag………….

Re: Combat jumps since 9/11

Lonergr77 - that's the DAGO I was referring to. . - I know they've made more than the one jump, I didn't know they had orders already. No DAGO has been published granting assault credit for the other jumps which is why I've made little mention of them. Interesting that they (the individual soldiers)...

Re: Combat jumps since 9/11

Yeah, in fact it was that article that generated the MFF thread that I can't find. Again, I remember discussion of more than the one RRD jump... but no other ones have been granted Assualt Landing Credit... at least not yet. Brute Force - I can tell you that it was in the Southeastern region of Afgh...

Re: Combat jumps since 9/11

South Vietnam - 10 (5 MFF - the first combat MFF jumps) North Vietnam - 13 Laos - 1 Only one Marine unit has a combat jump (that I found so far) - 1st Force Recon in Vietnam The 5 MFF jumps in SVN were to attempt closing the Ho Chi Minh Trail by calling airstrikes in directly. They "HALO'd in and S...

Miscellaneous Citizen Informant today while she pointed out dealer homes while we drove her nasty ass around: “Dude woulda have me kickin rocks if a gang of tweeks be up in there. Know what I’m sayin’?” This same bitch was looking at a very small weed charge and gave up her own father on three bank...

Re: Combat jumps since 9/11

OK, I'm resurrecting this old ass thread because I found the topic interesting and have been doing some research on it recently. The original question is easy to answer now (DAGO wasn't published as of the last post). As SB stated a "combat jump" is tied directly to a unit's Assault Landing Credit. ...

Thanks bro - I seriously know how much time, effort and pain is put into making this happen. I appreciate it. Admitting I hav...

Re: An American Hero

How many Airman can you fit on a bar stool? Four, but you have to flip it upside down. THAT was just wrong! Funny, but WRONG on so many levels....LOL Kinda reminded me of a strip club in Fay'ville though ;) Or the Black and White in Udine, Italy... when it was open between being shut down... :twist...
