Not disclosing UNIMPORTANT medical issues at MEPS

I haven't found any answer to this yet.
At MEPS, If I choose not to disclose certain medical information that I deem unimportant and that will have no impact on my performance in the military, for example:

-mild heart murmur as a child that went away
-counseling visits
-ADD medication as a kid ...

This question is for any Ranger, when you choose not to disclose a medical issue that you deem unimportant, will they find out when you get a security clearance? If so will you get into any trouble?
