Thanks for the welcome Ranger Steadfast.

ive been in touch with MSG Dupont from the 13F website.. he informed me to let him know at OSUT if Id like to volunteer for a Ranger assignment

what i meant by earn it was just that i would ...

they didnt tell me i was in the delayed entry program..

but if i wait for a shipping date..

is that assumed that i am?

hmm i didnt know sorry

ok. ill probably renegotiate my contract..

they wont give me an option 40.. but i can earn it

will doing this help me move up in rank in the years to come? based on probability i mean

*refer below please

ok ill get a newt avatar i looked at em and i had trouble deciding which woman had bigger... i mean.. well anyway ill pick one..

thanks for the replies :D

in reply to Ranger Bell:

I post at military.com and an another forum for recruits.. where i saw another person referred here.

im in ranger ...

my contract is an option 26 13F which means i only serve for 2 years after my training..

its almost common sense to me that they wouldnt waste the time training me to be a Ranger if I'm only 2 years and 16 weeks

yes i want to be bad ass and move up in rank... but at the same time i want to finish ...

This is Adam from VA... i leave for Fort Sill as Fire Support 13F june 29th..

cant wait!!!

i might run into trouble though because i wanna be the best there.. .. im sure its very easy to get through it.. but i guess im saying i want.. to be noticed... lookin foward to getting smoked :o
