Intro..new Depper to site

Hello,
I just wanted to introduce myself. My name is James and I am a Depper with airborne Ranger in my contract. I leave for OSUT Feb11 and I cant wait. I just want to thank everyone on this board as I have had almost all my questions answered by searching around. What a great resource. Hopefully one day I will have the honor of calling myself 'Ranger'

I will make it all the way. I have quick question. In the book 'to be an US Army Ranger' they said the army was trying out a system where all the option 40 guys are together in osut, airborne, rip etc. Is this the standard practice now? Thanks in advance for your help.
