Hello Rangers,
My name is Mike. I am a 22 y/o senior in college from Chicago. I graduate this coming May. I found this site while looking for more information on all things Rangers. I was a Division 1 college wrestler and have wrestled all my life until a couple injuries sidelined me. Currently I coach the High School team. Ever since I was young I knew that I wanted some kind of career in the military, particularily one in an SOF field. I have researched all different jobs and knew that being part of the 75th Ranger Regiment was what I wanted. This past summer before going into my final year at college I signed an 11x Opt 40 contract. I leave for basic on 14 07 2020. I've come to this site in hopes of finding a mentor and learning more about Ranger history and all things Ranger in order to be as prepared as I can be.
I appreciate all the knowledge that everyone shares on this site and look forward to learning as much as I can.
Mike

Welcome here. Being a D1 wrestler is a hell of an accomplishment and will certainly help on your journey. There is a lot of information here to learn, take advantage of the knowledge.
