Good deal Ty. Nice scores so far, use those for a measuring point and continue to do well.
I apologize for not being accountable Ranger Disinfertention, I have been busy balancing work, the gym, and wrestling practice, tournaments, and duels. I administered an APFT to myself at 0400 this morning, my results are as follows:
2 mile run- 11:44
Push Ups- 62
Sit Ups- 70

Those are good numbers, keep at it. Focus on your push up form over numbers. Your run time is very good.

Roger Ranger IntelToad, I've been setting weekly goals for myself and making myself comfortable with being uncomfortable. A close friend of mind just graduated RASP and is assigned to 3/75, he's been a good resource on how to prepare myself.

I should also put this out there, that 2 mile was ran on a treadmill, I will have to go to the track this weekend and test myself again for more accuracy.

Treadmill is a good alternative but in my experience I run a 2 mile faster when not on a treadmill. Try to update your time on the track when you can and you'll be surprised.

Have you been able to look into our Mentoring Zone at all? I haven't noticed any posts from you.

Roger Ranger Disinfertention, I have looked at a few posts in the Mentoring Zone, though I honestly have no clue how to become a mentee. I would be extremely grateful to become one, I want to be as squared away as possible by the time I get to Pre-RASP

Asking works, like that. Go ahead and do so. If it is confusing I will create a post clarifying it.

I made a rough reception post in the mentoring zone. Since I invite most of you myself it will do for now. Reply to that post and charge on!

APFT 2/12/19 Results:
PU-53
SU- 65
2 Mile-15:21 (Wet, hilly, trail)
I understand these scores are not acceptable, and I will continue to work on them. I felt off today, and just recovered from a bout of acute bronchitis so maybe that’s it. I expect better performance from myself, and in two weeks we’ll see how much I improved.

I except you to post results and not make excuses. The military will do the same.

Good scores, let's see how you will improve!
