Vince, I don't think you understand the reason for Land Nav. It isn't another ticket punch stop on your way to becoming a General, it's so you don't wander around the countryside in a state of confusion like most Second Lieutenants.
Quit stressing on whether it's graded or not and concentrate on being the best Land Navigator in history and you won't have anything to worry about. In everything you do in life, if you are the best you don't give a shit if someone wants to test you.
