There were similar arrests around Atlanta in '96 before the Olympics. Never once saw anything on the national news about it, and only a blip on the local.....

I don't think it is limited to Massachusetts. We have a lot of vulnerable infrastructure in this country.

Increasing security at water plants and reservoir still doesn't secure the water system. The truth is that it can be contaminated from just about any point. It is amazing that it isn't done accidentally more often.
