Egypt restarting nuclear program with Russian help

Russia has agreed to assist Egypt in developing an indigenous nuclear energy program, an Egyptian government minister announced Monday, Reuters reports.
The two countries reportedly came to an agreement after an official visit by the president of Egypt’s Islamist government, Mohammed Morsi, to Russia. Under the agreement, Russia will help build a nuclear reactor at Dabaa, on the Mediterranean coast, as well as an experimental reactor in Anshas.
The original Egyptian nuclear power program was halted in 1986 after the Chernobyl disaster. In 2006, a mere five months before he was deposed, the government of Hosni Mubarak announced that it would restart the nuclear program by opening a bidding process to construct Egypt’s first nuclear power plant.

And the Caliphate grows stronger. So far they have several countries along the Med (Egypt, Libya) and they are growing into others (Syria, Iraq), however one I didn't consider until after this Chechen bomber business is how the caliphate is spreading east towards all the "stans" (Turkmenistan, Tagikastan). So, imagine a Sharia Islamic empire spreading from China to the North Atlantic.

And they will have nuclear capability.
