It has been interesting watching this saga play out. I've worn coke bottle glasses all my life. When I enlisted, they (MEPS), cheated on my visual tests. Eventually, I retired; and the MD at Walter Reed, commented, when he was doing my retirement physical -- you memorized the eye chart, didn't you?
