I'm only 5'4" and about a buck 45. Do you think it's physically possible for me to make it through ranger school?

Any comments would be appreciated.

Seems like you need to get mentally prepared if your asking questions like that.

If your scared, say your scared.

Well if it makes you feel any better you have an edge over me! I'm 5'4 and 120lbs. Hopefully by May when I graduate I'll be up to 140-145. I found out that I'm going to be an Infantry officer for at least 2 years which means Ranger School here I come!! I was a little nervous at first, but I hate it when people say I can't do stuff because I'm small, so bring on the RIs and their weapons, ammo, and extra gear they want me to carry!! No one can make me quit!

Well, I think I read somewhere that the shorter guys lived longer in combat. The taller guys would get shot first when running through the field, while the shorter guys, well…

Also the smaller you are the less body mass you have to move around. I’m just a fuck shit newt, I haven’t rucked 95lbs for 8 miles. But its been said that the “biggerâ€

WTF!!!! You puss nuts need to get off this size fixation. Rangers come in all sizes.
And all this "bring it on tough guy crap. Save it. Talk doesnt add up to shit either. Eating those words would be digestively difficult, dont you think, young stud?

The only guy that has a short life span in combat is the one that gets shot. That can happen to anyone.

I saw big guys who could run, little guys who could ruck. It just takes balls and guts. Only a few have them, the rest quit.
