NSD's PT journal

Post by NeverSayDie »

As per Ranger Steadfast's instructions, I am posting this thread to keep track of my PT development.

My next APFT is on 2011NOV14 and will posted here. My most recent APFT was on 2011OCT13 and is as follows:

68 push ups
70 sit ups
15:44 2 mile
5 pull ups

Ranger Steadfast,
May I also post my daily workouts here as well?

(Edited to correct mistakes, & knockin'em out.)

How could your next APFT is on 2011OCT14 - when oct 2011 was last month? No doubt a typo - thats why there is a "preview" button before submit.

This is why we stress to pay attention to detail. I know firsthand of men dying because of a single small mistake.

Roger Ranger Steadfast,

I need to get my head screwed back on straight. I've been making alot of oversights like this recently and creating more work for myself.

May I ask what the small mistake was?

One mistake would be the serious intel compromise you left on my front porch last week.
You know what to do - and report it to me when done & I'll let you know then what the fuck-up was..

Rangers,

2011NOV14 APFT Results:

P/U: 64
S/U: 73
2M: 14:39
Pull: 6

My lats cramped up something horrible halfway through push-ups
I've been getting that problem alot, always in my calfs and lats. I've increased potassium intake (bananas) and stretched more but it keeps happening. Maybe I'm not hydrating enough? (I drink two canteens every night and one before PT and then fill up and drink as needed during)

Simple hydration test:

If you piss is visibly yellow, you need to drink water. If you aren't pissing, you DEFINITELY need to drink water (or pop an IV).
