duty station europe

I went to meps again today to finish of the enlistment process. My opt 40 contract that I thought I had dissappeared out of my eyes. No airborne,no ranger, no mos change as I was previously told that was set in stone, I know how the Army functions somewhat since my prior service status.
So I was able to choose a duty station, I picked Europe but for some reason Ft. Campbell sounds better now but what i was wondering is as a 13F whats the chance of being anywere but germany?

congrats on your assignment, but i don't know if you can change it. Europe is a good place, though. you can hit campbell on the return to CONUS.
