I responded to a burglary in progress last night. A woman called 911 screaming that someone was in her house. As I pulled in the neighborhood, I parked down the street, got my shotgun and walked toward the house. As I get there I see a guy standing on front lawn and he's walking toward me. As he gets close I confront him at shotgun point. He quickly gets on the ground and we hook him up. I pull the car up to the house and meet with the woman. She said she was laying in bed and felt someone standing near her. She said she looked and heard a man say "how'd ya like that whore?" and then the guy ran out. She said it sounded like my ex-husband. I notice her face is alittle wet but I didn't think much of it because it was dark and I couldn't see well. I go over and confirm that the guy is her ex-husband. He proceeded to tell me that his wife was screwing his boss and that he caught them in the act and she still got the house,both cars and 740.00 a month in child support. He went on to tell me that he went over to talk to her and heard her having sex through an open window. He then waited several hours and climbed through the window into the bedroom and saw her naked on the bed with a guy sleeping on the other side. He said he then pulled out his pecker and began to beat off. She didn't wake up so went it came time to let it fly he leaned over and shot it on her face while she slept.

losing the house= $180,000
child support= 740.00 a month

Sorry but I had to take him

He had the best attitude of anyone I have ever locked up. We laughed about it all the way to the jail. In Ga, to commit burglary I have to prove that he went into the house "to commit a theft or felony there in" In actuality spunking on her face would be reckless conduct do to the bodily fluids( which would've been the felony there in) Not today! I charged him with criminal trespass for entering the house.A misdemeanor. He'll probably get some probation and a fine. I stopped his atm and got out bond money for him.I've NEVER done that for anyone.
