If anyone can help me out it would be greatly appreciated. Just a quick overview I just graduated from a Federal Academy and there system is desperately in need of some assistance. As any good Ranger would do, I suggested utilizing a peer system to help eliminate shit bags and dead weight! In the same manor spot lighters sometimes fall through the cracks we had a few. That being said in good faith I cannot highlight a deficiency with out providing a solution. Long story short does anyone have access to the peer system currently in use at school? If so, please drop me a line, I can’t allow the current system to continue in good conscious.

Thanks,

SK
High standards at an academy and a much stricter hiring standard would get rid of the need for peer evals. That and actually listening to instructors when they say some shitbag needs to go!!!!!!!!!

That wont happen when all they want is numbers.

Check your PMs.
The way in which a man accepts his fate and all the suffering it entails, the way in which he takes up his cross, gives him ample opportunity – even under the most difficult circumstances – to add a deeper meaning to his life.
