18x pre-enlistment training book

No Snivel Zone. PT - Pushups, Flutterkicks, Running, Roadmarching.

I have an 18X contract and received no such book. I did get a DEP book that had a very basic PT routine. Nothing special. If you want some good 18X info check out this site i'll link below. It contains a 5 week pre SFAS workout routine. Very very good training.

Should I try to get my hands on this book? I'm not sure why I didnt get one at MEPS...

I too am an 18X and also received no such book. Some land navigation practice would be great.

I got a little SFAS booklet I pretty much read it a million times, I got it from a 18x breifin at Ft.Bragg if anyone wants it really bad I guess I can send it snail mail, (if I can find it :wink: )

I did a quick search on the net and found FM 21-26.

had another request for this pamphlet today, and couldn't find it anymore (I think I lost it in the move from Houston to Bragg).
I have the SFAS trainup booklet.

I'll try to scan it at the office and get it to you to mail out to the DEPs.
