Welcome Craig. Congratulations on securing your option40. You just made a great decision and one that will change your life for the better forever if you succeed. Good luck, post your PT results here in this thread and seek a mentor. You don't have much time.
Don't post much. Read, read, and read this site when you are not out doing PT.

Craig, a man has but one opportunity to make a favorable initial impression. Don't squander it. Please self administer a proper PT test. Your earlier posting is suspect. Please complete this task not later than midnight 24 November 2007.

Congratulations to you for for enlisting to become an Army Ranger. This is the right place to help you reach your goals. But we do expect a lot from you in return. Read the Rules of Engeagement PM I have sent to you.
You are either the most physically fit PT stud to ever be in high school or your standards for exercise performance have some very creative interpretations of form, counting and time keeping. Okay, I can buy the 13:05 for a two mile run, but 35 pull-ups? 100 push-ups in 2 minutes? 160 sit-ups in three minutes? Have your recruiter administer a proper PT test for you and post those results.

I don't particularly care to look.DEP_Craig623 wrote:I would like to day first, thanks for the replies, again, I cant say these numbers are exact, for push ups and sit ups, I just estimate, I may take longer than 2 or 3 min. (I was unaware that was such an "elite" time) I am seeing my recruiter today, Ill talk to him about an official PT test, for pull ups, my typical sets that I do (4x a day) is 27, then 32 (i meant I max out at about 35) however, like i said before, i can get around 20 relatively motionless, then after that I sway and kick my legs to get the last 10 or so. for my run, I can give you some "official results here
http://www.gopherarun.com/Results/07%20 ... 7PR10K.htm
If you care to look, I'm number 87 (my last mile in that race was pretty bad though)
Ill try to get an actual test soon, thanks again
Punctuation, grammar and spelling count around here.
Drop the attitude and stop fucking bullshitting us.
And you will take a test in the time prescribed to you...not "try" to take one soon.
Or you can fuck off somewhere else.
Thirty fucking pull ups...

I dont welcome deps anymore until they actually do something. Ill leave all the kindred love remarks to those who are better suited to do it.
