Intro FREEFALLE7

Post by freefalle7 »

Well let me introduce myself im an 11B, SFC assigned here in the 82nd Airborne Division.

Im 38 yrs old and just completed Ranger school last friday(Class 06-07).

I have been in the Army for 16 yrs, I attended Airborne School in 1991, Marine ARS in 1996, Drill SGT in 1999 and Pathfinder last june at FT Campbell.

There are more schools, but those are the big ones.

I started my Career as a 19D in A trp 1/17 Cav 82nd AVN BDE, then reclassed in 1995 to 11B and was assigned to Fco 51st INF(LRS)(ABN) FT BRAGG.

After 2 yrs I went to Aco 1/325 AIR 82nd ABN, and in 1999 went to be a Drill SGT on Sand hill and A co 2/19 INF.

After my 3 yrs as a Drill SGT I went back to Bragg and went to Afghanistan with 3/504 and im currently in Division G-3.

I never heard of the site until I was looking up some Ranger items and was enjoying the posts while sitting in the bed stuffing my face with Reeses cups and snickers bars. :D

One word of advice to all, if you go to Ranger school dont wait until you are 38 :P
