Ranger School

Post by Joseph PrettyDeepWater »

Well, this Sunday I am headed back down to Fort Benning to start Pre Ranger and then Ranger School. It should be an exciting summer to say the least.

All I know is Im going to do everything in my power to make sure I get that Tab. I DO NOT want to come back to Battalion without it...

Keep your head in the game,

don't do nothing stupid and don't get cocky.

Don't be a spotlighter, help the less educated and get your shit.

Remember, just when think there's not an RI around, boom there he is.

Honestly though, I am very lucky that my PSG gave me a chance to take the PT test. Since i am still a FNG, in my mind it makes it that much more important for me to get through school.

It took me a while but I finally graduated with class 09-07.

I recycled Darby the first time around and then had to wait 4 weeks due to the cycle break. Needless to say I was ready to go the 2nd time around.

General Petraeus was the guest speaker on Friday, it was quite an honor.
