10k Race

It is better to be violent, if there is violence in our hearts, than to put on the cloak of nonviolence to cover impotence.

If you're in a fair fight, you didn't plan it properly.

The mud runs at Penddleton are pretty good. keep me poted if a team gets formed.

If I were closer to that location, I'd run it.

My boy (8 years old) and I run just about every 5k and 10k in the Utah area.

I am NOT built for running (6', 210 pounds, 38 years old), but I can still manage a 9-10minute mile. <not stellar time, but I've never been about speed, but instead about persistence>.

I like the look of this race though; our 5-10k are usually just city terrain, with some rolling (UTAH, rolling that is) hills.

I'm pretty sure I can take anyone in the 80+ category as long as Tonya Harding is waiting in the bushes with her leg-breaker.
