could someone please help me. i am leaving on February 20th for basic training. I need a good workout to get through basic training and to prepare for Ranger school. MY MOS is 68W with the option 40 for Airborne Ranger. I need a good workout to help prepare and get my body ready to go

Take the APFT. Two minutes of pushups, situps and two mile run. Add in pull ups. Not half-ass football pushups - rigid, perfect form pushups. Post your scores here.
