A buddy of mine sent me a link to this forum. I find it a little humorous that a small cd we put together as a joke has created this much of a sensation. Anyway, I am the "RI" on the song. I need to talk to the man who did most of the work and we will see about supplying the demand on these cd's.

FAQ

Post by baziltank »

I have been in contact with the man who is truly the genius behind the music and mixing and we are going to start distributing the entire cd widely soon. To answer a few questions about it: the cd was actually designed around the q-course. There are songs referring to about every phase and a few that are going to make no sense to anyone who wasn't on our specific team. They were internal jokes. Some however, like "ambush" or "what you gonna do PL?" can be appreciated by anyone who's done that kind of stuff. The safety brief at the end is a mockery of some very real safety briefs we've heard but it's something like 17 minutes long so you probably really don't want to waste your time listening to it. Also, the safety brief and all the RI lines in What ya gonna do PL are ad libbed. I think that covers most of the questions so far. If you have more, I'll try to answer them.

Cd

Post by baziltank »

We finally worked around all the kinks and have been transmitting the cd via e-mail. Problem is a lot of the songs are big (i.e. 3 to 3.5 mb). Anyway, we are setting up a myspace page that I will post where everyone can go and download it, as well as various mockeries of Army ads and democrats (You'll see). It's under construction and I'll let everyone know when it is finished.

The sooner the better. That song was FUCKING HILARIOUS!

I think I already said the same thing somewhere else, but thanks again for putting it out.
