Greetings Rangers, Veterans and other members.
My name is Reese, and I'm currently a student at the University of Florida. At this point I haven't even spoken with a recruiter, but I had the distinct privilege of personally knowing a recent veteran of 2d Bn who gave me tremendous insight into the mental, physical and administrative requirements to becoming a Ranger.
My Grandfather was a veteran of WWII, and my father a veteran of the Cold War, so I feel there is a legacy I can continue.
I plan on enlisting MOS 11/Option 40, but not until I get out of school. I'd like to enlist now, but I'm going to make sure I finish what I started with my education, work at getting into top physical shape and refine my marksmanship. I've been lurking here for quite a while now, so I just wanted to introduce myself and thank all of you for this great resource.
