Knee Problems?

Post by SLEDGE HAMMER »

Well, I did an AGR run Monday morning and immediately following there was a constant pain in both knees, but I blew it off as just hurtin a little from the run. Then Tuesday at the range it started raining, pretty good at times, and the pain in my knees just got worse even though I wasn't doing a whole lot of moving around. That afternoon, we roadmarched only about 6 miles but from the time we started until the next day the pain was excruciating. Oddly however, as we did some running around and such on the range, and the hours wore on my knees seemed to start hurting less. And then the next morning they were killing me, and as the day wore on, they would hurt a little less, and so on and so forth until now. It was brought up to me that it could possibly arthritis, and that the rain at the range cause it to act up. Do these seem like the signs of arthritis or something else? If it is arthritis, what does that mean for my military career and would going to sick call to get some meds be wise?

Sounds like you have sand in your clit. Drive the Fuck on. How about I come over there and hit you in the head with a Fuckin hammer to show you what pain is.

Quit making fucking excuses on why or how you can't do shit and reach down and grab your sack and drive on.

here are a few possible problems: 1) you're too fat, 2) you're a lazy ass and don't run enough, or 3) you need to DX your balls for ones that work. Note, more than one of these could be combined

Plenty of vets have blown out their knees but you are probably too young to have arthritis. Try taking some Motrin, R.I.C.E. (rest, ice, compression, and elevation) when you can and drive on. If that doesn't work, then you probably need to get it checked out. If you are overweight and/or out of shape, you are more likely to have ortho problems.

How tall are you hammer and how old?

You probably just need to do more mobility exercises.

The reason I asked is because taller people usually have knee problems, especially when they're young.

Your problem might be that your going through your last growth spurt. Your bones are changing and it's just uncomfortable.

If it doesn't ease up or it gets worse see the Doc's. And don't wait to long, if you do you'll cause permanent damage that will last the rest of your life. Trust me, you wont like it.
