Introduction - Robert 11x, option 40, SOF letter of intent

Post by bscrob »

Hello, my name is Robert and I am in the DEP program. I signed an 11x contract, option 40, with a letter of intent for Special Forces. I recently turned 23, and am extremely excited with the road ahead of me. I attended the Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs from 6/02-6/04. The Academy was a bad fit for me because I had a poor attitude and high levels of immaturity. After two years of being a complete clown in the "real" world, I have pulled my head out (or so I think). The possibility/opportunity of training and serving with men of Ranger caliber is an honor in itself. Thank you for taking the time to read my post.

Very Respectfully,

bscrob

You dropped from the academy at the right point, unless I am mistaken the Sophmore year is dedicated solely to the art of fellatio. Fuck around here and we will be less supportive of your postice growth than the AF!

If you had stayed any longer you would have had to serve on active duty for some period of time. Come here with a good attitude, and if you aren't a complete assclown, you'll find it the place to be. I see the DEPs have already conticted you. Read the FAQs, study, and remember the search button is your friend -- I'm not. Shortly, other members of the welcoming committee will be along to properly greet you.

Hopefully you did learn from your mistakes. You threw away a slot for someone who really wanted to be an AF Officer.

Make it up by never quitting and always giving it one hundred percent from here on out.

I fucking hate you...

How much money did you cost me?

How wasted was that slot?

Fuck you as I think you are going to do it again with the Ranger slot....

I once fought long and hard to get a shot at the Academy. TAC-P VAK is correct; you wasted a slot that could have gone to one that would have been successful, but missed out because of you. I won't even say good luck to you, because you not only screwed yourself, but someone who could have done something but was denied because you wasted a chance for success.
