I've found that the adidas a3 megaride and the nike free ride (both with orthotic inserts, have given me better angles on my heel to ball strike). The nike freeride is very light and great for interval and hill training where i can put my full legs to work to minimize impact and maximize stride. The adidas a3 is great because of the shock absorption. I use them on long runs and recovery run days, with inserts they feel like pillows.

I'm 68" and 190lbs with size ten wide and flat feet.

Actually Nike has started making good shoes for those of us with flippers. I have a pair of Nikes right now that will make me cry when I toss 'em.
