A variation of that... why is it that when some Muslim terrorist guns down a dozen soldiers on an Army base, or a Muslim terorrist tries to blow up a car bomb in times square, the media tells us that we should not rush to judgement and the country should not blame a whole group of people due to the actions of one.

However whenever a white nut case guns down a congresswoman, or flies a plane into a federal building, the same media tells us it is the fault of the tea party, talk radio and FOX news and there should be regulations in place limiting what they can say?

Holy crap: I learned today that a late 20's or early 30's college grad I work with has never even heard of the book "1984". He tried to explain that the reason he probably hadn't heard of it was because 1984 was before he was in school...

Yikes.

And it gets worse as you get more aged. After so many blank stares at one of your witty references to someting old, you just tell them, GOOGLE IT!

I mentioned Chuck Norris in my class the other day (High School) and half the class didn't know who he was. I then tried to reference him by mentioning Bruce Lee. They also didn't know who he was. Those guys were in those old movies that they don't watch because anything old must not be good.
