I crunched it out in 31:57 and I was hurting. Outstanding time on your part.

Thursday WO's complete. I have drill this weekend and I'll bring my ruck with me in case you have us rucking, but I probably won't have access to much equipment if you have us do something else. I can make up any workouts Sunday night.

Friday's WO, which will be the last for this week. There will be no rucking this weekend.

25 Sit Ups
25 Push Ups
25 Dips

1 Minute Break

10 Chin Ups
10 KB Swings (25% BW)
10 Military presses (25% BW DB's)

1 minute break

10 Braced Squats (35lbs)
10 DB Lunges (25% BW in each hand)
10 Calfraises (100% BW on Barbell)


Repeat 3 times. Then enjoy your weekend. Drink a lot of water, stay out of trouble and be ready to hit this coming week hard.

Monday's WO

Mini-APFT

Run for 5 minutes at a slow pace to warm up. Stretch for five minutes and perform the following events in sequence:

Push Ups for 1 minute (On your Pushups, your chest should be touching the ground, arms bent 90°, back and legs straight.)
Sit Ups for 1 minute (Find something to wedge your feet under or someone to hold your feet down.)
Run 1 mile @ 100% (Note whether this was performed outside or on a treadmill.)
Pull Ups (Start from a dead hang. Stay that way, arms fully extended for one second then start. Do not kip your legs. They stay straight.)

Take 5 minutes between events.
