Hello Rangers,

Just graduated Friday, and feels great to finally have the RANGER tab. Have to say the Florida RI's were the most professional in the course. They took a lot of time working with us and especially some students that were having trouble. Endstate was our C/1 platoon ended up with 100% gos and everyone graduated.

Looking forward to getting on to my unit and getting some of my guys to school..From what I've been told tabs are pretty scarce there since its just standing up. I don't think we even had any enlisted 2ID guys in the class.

Anyway, thanks to everyone for the encouragement and I'll try to contribute where I can.

Congratulations, "young" LT. You've completed an awsome task but now the tasks get harder (and worth much more). LEADERSHIP!

The officers above you and the men below you in your chain of command will expect much more out of you because of your TAB. Don't let them down and don't ever quit improving yourself as a soldier and as a leader.

Remember your resources, especially your N.C.O.s, and particularly your PSG.

RLTW,

Mike
