You caught my eye for a couple reasons.
I live in New Oxford which is east of Gettysburg. Allentown isn't to far away.
Also, You said your recruiter is a "she" with 2 OP40 recruits???
My recruiter has 1 other Op40 recruit other than me.
Is her first name Rebecca and would this be in Hanover?

And for now she is going to stay at 2 option 40's because I cant get one.



I have a medical waiver on my physical so I am barred from an airborne physical.

I am going to go down to Meps for a 3rd time in a week or so in order to sign my contract w/o an Option 40 or even an Option 4. Ive been to Meps 2 times already and I have yet to see, or even think about seeing, a counselor to pick my jobs. I am either going to go with an 11X contract and opt for airborne out of OSUT or I am going to go with 19D and Reenlist later with an 11x Option 40.

I figured I would update the thread with good news. I have signed my contract with MOS 11x and will be shipping on Feb 17th. With any luck I can get into Airborne and RIP asap out of Osut.

I hope I see some of you out there throughout my training.
