Body Fat
I dont know if this will help you or not, but when my father went into the Navy he was a 6'2" feather weight. The Navy put him on a diet that included alot of banana's. He said it worked, it must have he turned out to be a Golden Gloves Boxer when he was in. Just remember to allow your stomach to shrink back down before you go to school. Because whan you hammer chow right before you go to gain weight your stomach will stretch out and will be use to being full. Then you end up mind fucking yourself out of chow because your stomach is use to being filled to a certain extent. I mind fuck myself out of chow and spent the last 56hrs of Darby with nothing at all to eat, "Just water", and trust me that really sucked. I learned real quick to ration my chow in school after that one! I personally lost about 30lbs in school, and I think thats about average. These are just my experiences, keep them in the back of your mind and give them a shot. ![Wink ](./images/smilies/o_icon_e_wink.gif)

Ranger Kilted Heathen, that is why I asked. So one of the Rangers could help him better.
Knocking em out.

If you stand in front of a light, can people make shadow puppets through you?
Hoy shit, marathon runners aren't that scrawny.

One of our newly commissioned officers has 2.9% body fat, average height, around 120-130 pounds, and is on his way to Ranger school I think in the fall. He's a freak of nature, his highest PT score was in the 380s, and he can ruck like a beast. Is he going to have a hard time in RS?
Edit: What I meant is will a low bodyfat % be a disadvantage, regardless of how tough he is.
