Ensure you read the rules for this forum and all other forums. Capitalization and proper grammar in general are important parts of interacting here. If you miss capitalizing Ranger again I'll just delete this post and make you start over. None of us are perfect and I realize many folks use phones/tablets to chat here. Hopefully I don't have to mention it again.

Welcome to the site. If you found ArmyRanger.com, you are at least trying to take your goals seriously. Understanding that you are recovering, are you able to execute pushups, situps, and pullups? If so I recommend you self administer a modified APFT if you cannot run. Post the results here when complete or state why you can't complete it.

Have you spoken to a recruiter yet? You are closing in on graduation and if you have a specific goal of 13F OPT 40 I would highly encourage you to meet that goal by starting the process now and waiting for the contract YOU want. It is your career. Make informed decisions and don't compromise.

What position did you play for soccer? Did you play any other sports? Bend it like Beckham?

Really cool stuff - guessing you're not half bad as a keeper. I just played for my podunk small school... Still love the sport though. Did some intramural stuff while in the military but haven't played in years unfortunately.

Definitely make sure you are recovered and well. No need to go into not fully healed. Those are good starting numbers for the APFT. Definitely look into improving them the best you can without prolonging your recovery time.
