Many years ago JOTC was in Panama Canal Zone. In 1966 JOTC belonged to US Army School of the Americas (USARSA). I was assigned there June 1968 - January 1969, when I returned to Viet-Nam. I was promoted to SSG in November 1968. C&C was shifted from USARSA to FORSCOM in late 1968. Toward the end of the video, you can see that JOTC belongs to USARSA.
