Roger Ranger Steadfast. I reluctantly went to the TMC and the doc said I have runners knee. He gave me a week long profile and told me to come back if it continues to hurt. I can't even walk without pain. He also told me I would probably heal up pretty quick..and I'm putting faith in his words because he was rocking a SF deployment patch .

Ranger Jim, I leave for Airborne next week. Being a hold over here has been driving me literally insane..However, I've been able to go to the gym two times a day and do PT in the morning with the company. Next SITREP upon arrival to GA.
