Rangers, I have finally returned from Alaska and can easily say that I have never worked harder in my entire life. I worked 16-18 hour days, and got about 3-5 hours of sleep every night. A few nights I only got about 1-2 hours of sleep due to being sick. I definitely learned and took note about how my body and mind reacts to sleep deprivation. Overall it was a great experience, it pushed me way out of my comfort zone and has better prepared me for the road ahead which will be far more challenging. Unfortunately, I was not able to maintain my training routine in Alaska, and have therefore lost some of my strength. From here on out I will continue to train hard, learn more, and complete my task list.

Regards,
Brendan
