Yes it does. There is a petition campaign right now to get his award. I didn't see it in the article, I will try to find it and post it here.

I first saw the story about the SFC being on fire and still pulling dudes out of the blown up Bradley a few years ago. I was in shock that he wasn't immediately put in for the Medal Of Honor for that. That to me is the epitome of the award- he willingly and knowingly stepped back into a shit sandwich after making it out alive to get his guys out. He just kept going back to get them. Over and Over.
Awestruck that we have those kinds of people wearing our uniform is an understatement.
