I just ordered the Book "Back in the Fight" by Joseph Kapacziewski. It will be released by Amazon.com on the 7th of May. Can't wait to read about this Ranger and his incredible story of never giving up.

Re: Back in the Fight
I first met Joe Kap when he and his squad was evacuated to Walter Reed. The staff had a very difficult time keeping his entire squad out of his room every minute of the day -- they did not want to be away from him. I saw him as he made the decision to have the foot and leg amputated. I saw the way his wife Kimberly supported him each step along the way. I saw him after his deployment as Platoon Sergeant. If you look up "Army Ranger at his best," there is a picture of Joe Kap and his family.

Re: Back in the Fight
I got the book Thursday afternoon and I am about 125 pages into the book. It really opened my eyes to the mindset of Rangers and the mentality that Rangers possess. I would highly recommend it to all the future soldiers that are in or considering going with a Option 40 enlistment.

Well, now you know why we try to ensure that young men who want to earn a place in the 75th Ranger Regiment are prepared.
