Hey Rangers,
I am Nick and I am a 21 year old from southeast VA. I DEP'ed in on May 5,2012 with an 11x contract, and I am shipping out on November 6, 2012. I want to be the best that I can be in life and in the Army, that is why I want to serve in the 75th Ranger Regiment. I am in pretty good physical condition considering I lost 40 pounds in 3 months to join the Army. I am currently at 210 lbs (down from 252). I haven't taken my APFT yet, but by self administering the test, I have a 13:38 2 mile, 57 pushups, and 78 situps. I am currently on a program for pushups and I will get to 100 before I ship out, and I am running 3-5 miles 5 times a week.

Tbanks for the welcome Ranger Jim. I am from Williamsburg, Va. I went to college for 2 1/2 years then I quit to join the Army because I want to serve. Since December I have just been working and working out to get ready. My ASVAB was a 94 and I am enlisting as an E-3. Thanks for all of your help.
