Graduated RASP- F.S. Corey

Post by F.S. Corey »

Hello Rangers,
It has been a long journey since I first got my contract reserved back on Oct. 25, 2010. I have been through a lot both in the Army and my home life. I am proud of what I have accomplished, but I know it is very small in comparison to what lies before me. I have spent a lot of time thinking about how the saying is that "It is easy getting in, but hard staying in." I arrive at 2/75 tomorrow and am prepared to keep quiet and listen to those who have much more experience than me. Thank you Ranger Ndog275 for mentoring me before I shipped and I would like to thank all the other Rangers on here who have given their time and patience helping square away hopefuls and giving advice. To all the hopefuls reading this, if you ask someone for advice for the course and they simply say "Just don't quit." do not expect anything more. That is the best advice someone can give you, don't try to over-think what you are going through, just do it and don't quit on yourself or you peers.

Also I graduated with Stoicism, he is a great guy and once he finishes his training pipeline he will be a great asset to the battalion he his assigned to.

First off..... my condolences that all your hard work didn't result in being sent to the "1st String BN", but "Hey, someone has to be in support" :P

Seriously, congratulations Stud. Welcome to the club. Listen, learn and for Gods sake, stay safe! All the Best!

Which guy is up here with me Ranger goon175? I can talk to him and tell him to get back on and say hello to everyone.

Good job Ranger. I'm gonna try and make it out to JBLM for that family day stuff coming up. Drop me a line so I can look you up.

I am really sorry I am only now getting back to you. I don't have any internet at the barracks and a low tech normal phone so I have to come to the Library to get on the internet. It would have been nice to meet up with you, it sucks that almost all the family day stuff got canceled anyway.

No drama Ranger. I made it out for the Deitz unveiling, sorry I missed you.
