Someone who knows of you at 3/75 who already has backroom access has to verify you. Sometimes it takes a long time, but it's a necessary evil required as posers have managed to breach the wire the in the past. Occasionally there may be alternate means to get verified. Check with one of the mods and they can point you in the right direction.
