Intro

Post by DonBoivin »

I am Donald Boivin's Son in law. I served in the U.S.Navy From 1990-1993, and began serving in the U.S. Army Reserves and National Guard in 2003. I am now an honorable discharged veteran. I am NOT and NEVER have I stated that I am a Ranger. I am here looking for friends of my Father-in-law's. He served with the 75th Ranger Regiment in CO. B. Any help or history would be greatly appreciated. I have searched and searched for information on this company, but it has little internet history. According to him and the internet, they got kicked out of a few places, a bit rowdy group. So if anyone has some information or knows him, please pm me and I can pass it to him and finish my history lesson to his grandchildren. He is the most computer illiterate person I know, so this is my part for him.

All right. I spoke for a few with the ol" man and he gave me this:
He was in the U.S. Army from 1965-1980 and was A Honorable Medical discharge. He was in B Co. @ Ft. Carson Colorado and he went to Ranger school sometime between 71 or 72. I will check out his DD-214 during Christmas and get more, but that's what I got right now fellas.

OK, B-75, pre-battalion era. There's some B Co Rangers around here, I'll point them this way.
