not sure where to post - possible fake Ranger ????

Hi Folks, found someone on youtube claiming to be former Ranger sniper. Don't know which part of forum to post info
YouTube user name is: Michael46010‬‏ This person posted a few videos showing a Ranger Class photo (too grainy to see date) and then a scroll comes across saying Sgt Michael W. Spath 092-62-2049 claims Hometown: PITTSFIELD ME but lives in Germany. Clearly English is a second language, and more interestingly, a video appears in the sidebar showing a german sniper mercenary in Kosovo in 1999, this individual uses photos of that sniper in his video, more or less looks like it could be him ????

Well, I'm not a Sir. I do thank you for your service to our country.
Perhaps you can pay for room and board, meals & airfare for 3 Rangers to fly to Germany to have a face to face whether he's real or not?
Maybe we can combine this trip with the one to France where there are two possible fake Rangers we are tracking down. So maybe you'd only have to pay for half the costs. Would you be wanting receipts?
