00, you missed your calling. You got recruiter written all over your ass.

Dubl-O directed me here as well. I am at work right now, but will post my credentials at a latter date.

Got to 1st Bn in late Nov ‘92 just after the Great Salt Lake crash, spent some months in HHC then became 2nd Plt Acos medic, later company Sr. Medic. Left Nov 98 and went to Ft.Sam (Med. OBC instructor liaison for USUHS) to get some school time with plans to someday return as a Bn Surgeon. Kidneys went tits-up (turns out the leischmaniasis I got down south fucked me up more than I originally thought). ETSed off of active duty the day I made the E-7 list, after some slight medical record modifications joined 143rd LRSD NG as 11b and later took over the PSG position. Started Medical school, kidneys got worse and I left the guard 3 years later.

Welcome BK, we're getting enough Medics on here to start our own transplant team. Steadfast and I are prolly going to need something or other replaced soon.

Welcome aboard, Doc! PM inbound!

Brothers, if this is who I suspect it is, I will personally vouch for his legitimacy. Will advise.

Hey Busted Kidney

Post by Dublo »

Busted Kidney is a very good friend of mine. He is an outstanding Ranger, and an ok person.

However, with his kidney problem, and the possibility that someday, he made need some new ones, I sure as fuck don't trust sleeping anywhere near him. He has the know how on taking those fuckers out too.

The last thing that I want is to go to sleep. And wake up 20 hours later with cotton mouth, sleeping in a bathtub full of ice.

I know some of the turd batters are out there panting and touching themselves with the possibilities of such a scenario, but it is nothing that I want any part of.

I'm just kidding, he is a good fucker.
I was in 2/75 from 97 to 00. 5-99

Other people were fine and you liked them and were good friends; but you only felt true tenderness and love for those who had been there and had received the castigation that everyone receives who goes there long enough."
