That is exactly what I said. The guy could have picked up the phone and had a brace of Eden girls knocking on his door within 30 minutes. I have never engaged in "auto-erotic asphyxiation" or anything similar, but I have thrown down with as many as four Eden girls at one whack and I can tell you that there is not a perversion that you can imagine between consenting males and females that they have not mastered.

Maybe the guy just felt like he could not risk out-call services. Maybe he was not familiar with Bangkok, and he did not know how to walk a surveillance detection route before entering the Eden Club via the back door (which is there for exactly this reason).

Maybe he did not know about the Eden Club. He could have just slipped the concierge a $50, and asked him to send up a nice girl for a "massage." That would have handled it.

Maybe he was just a freaky old dude who needed to choke himself to get off?

I do not understand it.
