I didn't see this one. Who the fuck do you think that you are talking too bud. How about a Ranger Badmuther before that post huh? Oh that's right you think that you are something special because you have been to the 10 hardest days in the Army...isn't that right Air Assault! Tell you what dude, you are not a Ranger, that is for sure. You are not following the site rules, by addressing Rangers correctly. If you want to be a Ranger you need a little more discipline and brains than what you are showing right the fuck now. I love when guys like you from other units come to RIP and think that you know something. It just gives me a reason to crush your hopes and dreams. Word of advice stay where you are at. You ain't got the nuts.

I like the fact that our DEPs are motivated and want to contribute. Something is amiss though. I have read in several places that these young men have made statements to the effect of "I can't wait to get chance to shoot their ass", etc. In one form or another these future warriors have stated that they "Can't wait" to get some. So I post this with foreknowledge that I'll take a little heat for it.

Young Men and quite possibly future Rangers,
Your youthful exuberance is well regarded and not unnoticed, I do however have a question. How can you speak so lightly of taking a human life? Granted the PEOPLE you are talking about are the enemies of our country and they deserve no outward signs of respect but, when you look into HIS eyes and you see a MAN staring back at you all that is forgotten! If you have never taken a life in combat then you shouldn't appear so willing to do so, you will notice that on this and other boards you will never find a VETERAN extolling the virtues of taking a human life. The work you have ahead of you is HARD and there will be sacrafices made by all who participate, do not bring dishonor upon you or your unit by appearing a BRAGGARD of things you have not yet experienced!

nice post rafterman,m that video is much more clear than the one on ogrish.com, can any of the Rangers help me out here i am having a hard time figuring out the sequence in which he got shot, did a shot go through his head or just his arm, i thought it went through his head when i saw the ogrish version. also is he getting shot from behind or in front? it looks like the first one is from in front, with the tracer exiting his back and hitting the ground, the second tracer that goes all over the screen is what confuses me.

Rangers Batmuther and H8train, sorry about the slip-up, wont happen again.

PHR, you need to study some of those maintenance manuals more often. No capitalization. Mistypes. And the cardinal sin, Ranger Batmuther? No punctuation. The army hasn't taught you very well yet.

And as far as the content of your post. You saw just what we saw. Draw your own conclusions.

You are starting to disappoint me. Pick it up and start showing some improvement. You ain't on the block no more. Be a soldier and be a good one.

You're now a soldier in the best fucking fighting force the world has ever known.

A little more info....
The lessons this young man never quite grasped is that you should not shoot at United States Marines with an RPG, at all...never. They shoot back...and they are very good shots. They spend weeks at the rifle range under the close, gentle tutelage of their Drill Instructors. They learn their warfighting skills well, as exhibited by this short clip.

The clip was filmed by an Italian film crew. You can plainly see that the enemy soldier had lots of friends and they were rather upset at the
outcome of this short engagement. Note the excellent marksmanship and the interesting use of tracers.

Can anyone interpret what the announcer is saying? I would like to know what side he is on? What was that dumbass thinking setting up in the middle of the road.

Too bad to be him. Better him than me.

Nice shoes raghead.
