There is a very simple way to avoid the dog house.... give her the choice, nothing or a swift kick in the ass.

Reminds me of the year I gave my wife a salad shooter that I'd won at the FRG Christmas raffle. Sure was cold that year. Was a damn nice salad shooter though

After being married 30 years, I have in and out of the dog house more times than most people have taken a shower. And finally one day I said, Im not doing this shit anymore. Im not buying you a gift for anything. Not birthday, not Christmas, not EVER. You want something, go get it. Took about 3 years of no sex and she finally got the hang of it.
