I remember an issue with some ord (det cord or blasting cap) just about blowing off the bicept of a guy. got it caught under his arm, crawled back to a "safe distance" and BAM... Dont remeber where it happend. Though it happend while trying to breach some fence or wire in a mock-up.

Okay, everything he is saying is true and then some. This man is one of the few men outside my immediate family that I would take a bullet for. (as long as it was somewhere non-lethal 8) )

Many of you will know him here, even the Kilted Heathen. GSX has heard of him as well.

He is my Ranger buddy in the truest and most accurate sense of the phrase. I went through Basic, Airborne, RIP, Pre-Ranger (despite being from different Battalions) and Ranger school. When we went to Ranger School together we ended up in seperate companies. In Mountains we both were recycled into the same company and weathered the 100 year storm together. When the class started again we were happy to find we were in the same squad and then in the same team. We graduated class 5-93 as literal Ranger buddies.

Glad to have you here bro. Stay safe.
Damn, for two guys from two different Batts... you sure seamed to have "hooked up" a lot.... Ranger Buddy's from Vermot?

I can't usually tell if you are being your normal sarcastic self or serious but I will say a 11B with 7 Months in BN does have a decisive edge over a 11C with 7 months in BN going in to Ranger school as far as planning and patrolling goes. I am glad I had T with me to square me away when I needed it. You guys did a good job, he is a great Ranger.

T is the only reason I can even tolerate you guys from 1st Batt 8)
